You can email to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>klantenservice@namensmij.nl<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our complaints staff will review the complaint<br \/>and try to resolve the complaint to everyone&#8217;s satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>Upon receipt of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us.<br \/>We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, should it take longer, we will notify you.<br \/>Should you not appreciate this, you can also always contact the mediation department of Stichting WebwinkelKeur with which we are affiliated. They will then mediate through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webwinkelkeur.nl\/kennisbank\/consumenten\/geschil\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">https:\/\/www.webwinkelkeur.nl\/kennisbank\/consumenten\/geschil.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>As of Feb. 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints through the European Commission&#8217;s ODR platform.
